ALFRED NARDELLI

Mr. Nardelli, a graduate of Columbia University Law School, has more than fifteen years of experience as an entertainment attorney. He was a partner in a New York City entertainment law firm. As outside counsel to the Shooting Gallery, a film production company, he did the production law for many independent films, including Sling Blade (Billy Bob Thornton) and Laws of Gravity (Nick Gomez). He has been a consultant to Film Movement, a subscription based film distribution company. he is currently the owner of Red Coral LLC, a film
production services company.

Mr. Nardelli has held several positions in New York City government, e.g. First Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Consumer Affairs and Administrative Law Judge. He has also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York.
